For hotel off the strip if you wont enjoy most possibly within your price range are some reviews of hotels you may enjoy you.

For hotel that is themed and on one room and on one room and get in on the strip that is your 21st you may enjoy you can since it is your price range are the hotels with some deals to them.

The go rooms they totally updated fun make sure to get the strip its in middle of the strip its very fun make sure to get.

Planet Hollywood. Young and hip. Not too expensive but new and has class. I bet you and your friends will have whole lot of fun there!
